In 2023 the founders caught a Sticker Fest hosted by Gallery Boom in Olympia and knew Tacoma would show up for one of its own. After a year of planning with other Tacoma art-event coordinators they teamed up with Music & Heart in Wright Park — Stars 4 Peace's free summer festival — and the first Tacoma Sticker Fest ran there in 2024. Tacoma was welcoming; they came back to Wright Park with Music & Heart in 2025.
2026 is the first year as a stand-alone event. With the support of FabLab / Thirty 8th Creates, Sticker Fest lands in the Lincoln District on October 10 — during Tacoma Arts Month. Read the Music & Heart story on Our Origins.
