THE WALL is a community platform operated by Artists 4 Life in the Sound ("A4S") that connects donors with 501(c)(3) charitable organizations and provides access to contributed music, art, and local business deals ("the Trove").

2. Organization Listings - Important Disclosure

THE WALL features charitable organizations from multiple sources with different levels of vetting.

THE WALL features charitable organizations from multiple sources:

Stars 4 Peace Recommended Organizations: Some organizations listed on THE WALL are vetted and recommended by Stars 4 Peace, a 501(c)(3) project fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas.
Community-Submitted & Independently Added Organizations: Other organizations are submitted by community members through our referral system or added independently by A4S. These organizations have NOT been vetted by Stars 4 Peace.

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any donation. We encourage you to verify an organization's 501(c)(3) status, review their financials, and research their programs independently.

THE WALL provides links to external resources including guides, hotlines, articles, and tools ("Resources") for informational purposes only.

IMPORTANT:

Resources are provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind
Some Resources are submitted by community members and have NOT been independently verified
THE WALL and A4S do NOT endorse, guarantee the accuracy of, or assume responsibility for any third-party Resources
Information may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate

Artists 4 Life in the Sound, Stars 4 Peace, Fractured Atlas, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Released Parties") shall NOT be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any organization listing, Resource, or content on THE WALL
Actions, omissions, or conduct of any third-party organization, business, or contributor
Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in any content
Personal injury, property damage, or any other harm resulting from your interaction with organizations, businesses, or resources discovered through THE WALL

5. Indemnification

By using THE WALL, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

Your use of the platform
Your interactions with any organization, business, or contributor
Your reliance on any Resource or information provided through the platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

6. User Contributions

If you contribute content (music, art, deals, resources, or organization referrals):

You represent that you have the right to share such content
You grant A4S a non-exclusive license to display your contribution on the platform
You understand contributions are subject to review and approval
You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
