THE WALL is operated by Artists 4 Life in the Sound ("A4S," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a development and design company based in Washington State. Learn more at www.a4s.us.

Account Information: Name, email address, profile photo (if provided via Google login)
Contributor Information: Artist/business name, bio, contact details, social media links, uploaded content (music, art, deals)
Donation Verification: Donation receipts you submit for verification (amount, organization name, receipt images)
Communications: Messages sent through our in-app messaging system
Usage Data: Basic analytics about how you interact with the platform

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To display your contributions in the Trove (with your permission)
To verify donation receipts and grant Trove access
To communicate with you about your account or contributions
To improve our platform and services

4. Who Has Access to Your Information

Your information is accessible only to:

Artists 4 Life in the Sound (A4S): Platform operation, technical support, user communications
Stars 4 Peace: Limited coordination regarding organizations they recommend (Stars 4 Peace is a 501(c)(3) fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas)

5. What We Do NOT Do

We do NOT sell your personal information
We do NOT share your data with advertisers
We do NOT share your data with any third parties beyond those listed above
We do NOT use tracking cookies for advertising purposes

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and protected database storage. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may:

Access your personal data through your dashboard
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent for optional data uses

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
